Aqualis Offshore and McDermott Asia Pacific have reached master services agreement. Aqualis Offshore will be offering engineering reviews and marine warranty services for McDermott offshore operations in the Asia Pacific region.
It is a five-year agreement that will cover five countries, which includes Singapore, India, Vietnam, Myanmar, and Australia.
Aqualis Offshore on its part will be delivering engineering reviews and approvals, alongside vessel surveys, towage approvals and also warranty services. All of these will be geared towards McDermott’s offshore installation and construction projects as it concerns the above-stated countries.
Phil Lenox, Director, Asia Pacific, at Aqualis Offshore is of the opinion that McDermott has an impressive track record as regards offshore construction engineering and offshore operations, and the world is aware of this fact. According to him, providing support for the company is an excellent feat. Both companies have often proven that a high standard of safety and efficiency can be beneficial when operating offshore. He continued by saying that they will provide the best of services to McDermott as at when required.
Aqualis Offshore will take on the agreement from its Singapore office, using their personnel and the reliable competence of its Asian office network to act as back up for the contract.
McDermott is known as an integrated provider of technology, engineering and construction solutions to the energy sector.
